When you create an account, we collect your email address and name from your Google or GitHub account. When you use the API, we log request metadata (tier, token count, latency) but do not store the content of your prompts or responses.
We use your information to provide the TierUp.AI service, process payments, send transactional emails (billing, usage alerts), and improve our service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your account data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure (D1 database). Authentication is handled by Supabase. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
We log API request metadata (tier used, token counts, cost, latency) for billing and analytics. We do not store or log the content of your prompts or model responses. Your requests are proxied to model providers (via OpenRouter) and not retained.
We use essential cookies for authentication (Supabase session). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page. You can export your usage data from the Usage page. To request data deletion or have questions, contact us at support@tierup.ai.
