TierUp.AI provides an API proxy service that routes AI model requests based on quality tiers. We abstract model selection and provide a unified, OpenAI-compatible API interface.
You must create an account to use TierUp.AI. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API key. Do not share your API key publicly. You may regenerate your key at any time from the Settings page.
New accounts receive $25.00 in free credits. Paid usage is billed via prepaid credits ($10 minimum top-up). Prices are listed on the Tiers & Pricing page and may change with 30 days notice. All payments are processed by Stripe.
You agree not to use TierUp.AI to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the acceptable use policies of the underlying model providers. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.
Free accounts are limited to 100 requests per day. Paid accounts (with credits added) have unlimited requests. We may impose additional limits to prevent abuse.
TierUp.AI selects the best available model for each quality tier. We may change the underlying model at any time to improve quality or reduce costs. The specific model used is not guaranteed or disclosed.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. Service may be interrupted for maintenance or due to third-party provider outages. Check the Status page for current system health.
TierUp.AI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from service interruptions, model output quality, or data loss. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days.
You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, unused credits are non-refundable.
